A Brilliant Talk with Justin Tang and Jim Waldron !
Hello and welcome to the Flaghunters Golf Podcast ! My name is Jesse Perryman and I am your host. On the Podcast today we have Justin Tang from the Tana Mara Golf Club in Singapore. Justin is one of the best Instructors in all of the Orient. He comes to all solutions with the Golf swing from a holistic approach. Mr. Jim Waldron is the creator of the Arm Swing Illusion. Jim is primarilly based in Oregon, USA. Jim also teaches in Hawaii and Mexico. Jim is also a holistic coach.
What is a "Holistic" Coach ? I believe that a holistic coach will examine your entire "being" in your golf game. Meaning, they will not just diagnose your swing. They may ask what you're thinking prior to hitting a shot or a putt. They may ask if your body feels ok or if you're getting enough rest and recovery. If there IS something amiss with your swing, both Jim and Justin can properly diagnose and fix whatever needs fixing.
Golf is so much more than your swing. Don't get me wrong, the swing is vitally important but you need to be present when you're hitting a Golf shot or a putt. You may need to declare an intention before you play, meaning you have to have your mind latch on to a "goal" prior to play. These are all the important things that Justin, Jim and I discuss in this enriching conversation.
